What is azinphos-methyl? Azinphos-methyl (AZM) is a pesticide used to control insects. In Washington, it is mostly used on apple, cherry and pear trees. It can be toxic if inhaled, ingested or comes in contact with skin or eyes. The label says â¬SDANGER/POISONâ¬.
