Cabbage harvesting is about to change for the better, thanks to a new invention being constructed by scientists at the Horticultural Research and Development Centre (HRDC) in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que. Cabbages are still harvested by hand, which represents a considerable cost for producers.
