I love hot, but I don't have anything to prove. This year, we'll grow some tabascos, habeneros, and lots of bananna peppers. These last are pretty mild and are great sliced and sauteed with onions to garnish any sort of meat.
Thai Pepper - (Capsicum annuum): other varieties are grown as well, including the jalapeño, serrano, etc. The Thai peppers are very hot (hotter than the jalapeño and serrano), which does not diminish when cooked.
