101. Cabbage Chemistry.
Egg Sink'n'Float Put the egg in a glass half-filled with water and notice that it sinks to the bottom. How can you make it float? Remove the egg and pour the salt into the glass and stir. As the salt dissolves, the density of the water increases. Put the egg in now and watch it float!
